Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy for Appointments​
Your well-being is my priority, and your commitment is essential for the smooth delivery of care. To ensure the quality of my service and to respect everyone's time, I kindly ask you to review my policy.
1. Booking and Payment Terms
Booking a session constitutes a mutual commitment. Payment is processed before the session.
2. Refund, Rescheduling, and Cancellation Policy

Refunds : Not applicable.

1st reschedule (up to 72 hours in advance): Accepted without charge. The session will be rescheduled to a mutually agreed-upon date.

2nd reschedule onward (up to 72 hours in advance): Charged 100% of the session fee. An invoice will be sent via email and must be settled before any new booking can be made.

No-show (unannounced absence): Charged 100% of the session fee.
3. Exceptions and Force Majeure
Situations of force majeure (sudden illness with a medical certificate, serious accident, death) are of course exempt from these rules and will not be charged. We simply ask that you notify us as soon as possible.
4. Cancellation by the Practitioner
If I am obliged to cancel our appointment, I commit to informing you as early as possible. The session will be rescheduled to a date that suits you.
5. Communication Methods
For any cancellation or rescheduling, please contact me by email or SMS/WhatsApp to ensure written and dated documentation.
6. Dispute Resolution
Any situation not covered by this policy will be handled with fairness and understanding.
