These General Terms of Use (hereinafter "GTU") are intended to provide the legal framework for the use of the website www.raphael-mtc.com and its services.

This contract is entered into between:

• The website operator, hereinafter referred to as the "Publisher"

• Any individual or legal entity wishing to access the website and its services, hereinafter referred to as the "User"

ARTICLE 2 – ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

• Book appointments online

The Publisher undertakes to implement all reasonable means to ensure continuous access to the site, without being bound by any obligation of result.

ARTICLE 4 – LIABILITY

The User is responsible for any risks related to the use of their username and password. They agree to:

• Final confirmation of the appointment is subject to validation by the clinic

5.2. Cancellation and Modifications

• Any cancellation must be made at least 72 hours in advance

• In case of late cancellation, fees may apply

• Appointment changes are subject to availability

ARTICLE 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The site content (texts, images, logo, videos) is the exclusive property of the Publisher and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior written authorization.

Annex: Specific Information for TCM Sessions

• TCM sessions do not replace conventional medical follow-up

• The practitioner reserves the right to refer the User to a physician if necessary

• Results vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed

• The User agrees to communicate any relevant medical information
